This project aims to put a radar device at the center of the research, and to help understand the development of this technology in Spain; to study the influence of the scientific exchange with the United States; to analyze, from history, the techniques that circulated and the practices introduced. This will all help to deepen and reflect on the relationship occurred in the field of science and technology between the two countries. Technologies that were developed during the period in both countries are compared, considering the US influence in this field, as well as the exchange of scientists that took place between the various agencies involved in this development.

Development of a catalog of primary sources related to the history of radar in Spain
Analysis of documentation found, and context from the social, cultural and technological perspective
Visit the archive of the MIT Radiation Laboratory
Comparison of technological developments in the 50s and 60s in the US and Spain
Collection of scientific exchanges between the two countries related with Communications Technology
