This research project focuses on the legal regulation of animal welfare: legislation on the legal status of animals, and legal / private contracts and actions that affect them, competent administrations and regulated conditions of laboratory, production, domestic, marine, genetically modified and wild animals, in situ and ex situ, on farms, in freedom or in shelters, petshops, shows, fairs, zoos and other facilities, as well as marketing and transport conditions. .
