The V Seminar on Hispanic-American Relations is an annual seminar held each year at the Instituto Franklin-UAH & Casa de America, about several topics of interest referring the relations between both countries, at the international, diplomatic, commercial, military or social level. In 2018, in relation to the electoral context of the Midterms in the USA, the aim of the Seminar will focus on “Participation and political and social mobilization” on both sides of the Atlantic.
