Harry Levin Financial Aid

  • Nature: 5 financial aids for attending conferences related to North- American Studies
  • Candidates: Pre- post doctorate researchers.
  • Scope: 200€ to be given 50% with the receipt of paper acceptance and 50% with the attendance justification.
  • Application period: 2011 CLOSED. Next call: February, 2012.
  • Conditions: The scholarship holder must acknowledge the grant in the publications derived from the research during the scholarship period. The scholarship is incompatible with any other scholarship or financial aid from private or public funds.
  • Application form: The application form shall be submitted together with the following documents:

    • Curriculum Vitae/ Résumé.
    • Letter of recommendation.
    • Academic Transcript for students or document from the University stating service to the University, for professors.
    • Signed statement stating that the applicant does not receive any other financial aid during the same period.  
    • Statement of Purpose Statement of purpose describing the objectives, importance and methodology of the project, together with a list of the requested bibliography.                                             

    • Statement of purpose describing the objectives of attending the conference.

     

    • Eligibility criteria: A Commission designated by the Director of the Instituto Franklin will study the proposals and evaluate them; the final decision will be published on the Instituto Franklin website.
