Instituto Franklin - UAH announces financial aids for encouraging research in relation to American Studies and forming research groups bound to the Instituto.

• Theme: Research projects shall tackle any aspect of North American Studies or intercultural relations between North America and Spain, giving priority to those projects of interdisciplinary focus.
• Project candidates: Applications must be submitted by Research groups, composed by at least two members.
• Application: CLOSED 2011. Next call: June 2012
• Duration: 3 years.
• Scope: Instituto Franklin - UAH will distribute the amount of 150.000€ for research projects.
• Eligibility criteria: A Commission designated by the Director of Instituto Franklin will study the proposals and evaluate them.

Project results shall be yearly referred to the Instituto Franklin and will be part of Instituto Franklin's Annual Memory, with no option to appear in other annual research memories at Universidad de Alcalá.

In published research results or those public participations (Conferences, seminars, etc.) there shall be stated the origin of the aid.
