The main objective of this study is to make a diagnosis of the main barriers to access the summit, and the actions undertaken to promote or not, other women to these positions. Senior executives of the financial and telecommunications sector will be analyzed, also female politicians, detailing in order of importance the factors that have facilitated (or inhibited) their transition and how they work their networks or lobby to help other women to also access higher positions.
