For double accommodations, individual cancellations are not permitted. The cancellation will be made for all occupants of the room. The total cancellation refund for multiple occupants will be calculated according to the reservation cost.
Please make sure that your registration for the Poe Alive in the Century of Anxiety Conference has been accepted. The accommodations policy will be applied even when the cancellation is due the rejection of the registration for the Conference.
