Housing provided with Spanish families in Alcalá at a cost.
Those students interested in making housing reservations for the first 7 days in Alcalá should contact the Housing Coordinator, Ana Rodriguez at ana.rodriguez@institutofranklin.net
Before making any rent or deposit payments, we recommend to visit the area, building and apartment that you want to rent, since we strongly recommend to live nearby the schools where internships will take place.
Please have in mind that rent deposits in Spain are common when signing a rent contract. Normally, an amount equivalent to one month of rent will be requested.
