Visit to the Pardo Palace
This visit will be carried out outside of class time to finish the academic program. The Franquism is part of the syllabus of this course, so the Pardo Palace (house of the dictator Francisco Franco) will be visited to link it with the themes of the program. Students will have to answer some questions provided by the teacher which will be related to the bilateral relationship between Franco and Eisenhower during the Cold War. A guided tour will provide the group with the information needed to answer the questions and students will always have the chance to ask questions in order to discuss the information next day in class.
