Sonia López Moreno, BA in Environmental Sciences from the UAH and Leticia Tamayo Fernández, research intern in the Department of Zoology and Physical Anthropology in the EU-US Marine Biodiversity Research Group from Instituto Franklin have been awarded with two Walter Wiliams Scholarships announced by the research group “Friends of Thoreau” from Instituto Franklin – UAH.

The Walter Williams Scholarship consists on the exemption of the registration fee (4,500 USD) to participate in the Study Abroad Program from the School of Law of the College of William & Mary in Virginia (USA) which is offered in Madrid.
